King999 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide for Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" or "King999" — refers to the website, mobile application, and all services provided through king999.express.
• "Member" or "Player" — refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account at King999.
• "Account Balance" — the total amount of cash (in RM) held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus Money" — free or additional credits granted by King999 to Players as part of a promotion, subject to separate rollover requirements.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" — the total aggregate amount a Player must wager before a bonus or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, a software system that produces fair, random outcomes for online casino games.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the Player identity verification process that King999 may request at any time.

To register and use the King999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Not currently restricted or barred from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Does not hold an existing King999 account that is active, suspended, or closed.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and valid Malaysian bank details.

King999 reserves the right at any time to request that a Player submit identity verification documents (KYC), including a copy of their ID, bank statement, or other documents deemed necessary. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in account access being restricted until the verification process is complete.

King999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

All deposits must come from legitimate sources and from an account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name. King999 does not accept third-party deposits. If there is any doubt about the source of funds, King999 reserves the right to suspend deposit processing until satisfactory proof of source of funds is provided by the Player.

All transactions on King999 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). No other currency is accepted. King999 is not liable for any losses arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations should any exceptional circumstances occur.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided the account balance meets the minimum withdrawal limit of RM 50. The withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same Player's name.
• Players are required to complete the full KYC process before their first withdrawal is approved. This includes verification of phone number, full name and the bank account provided.
• If there is an active bonus in the account that has not yet met the rollover requirement, withdrawal requests cannot be processed until that rollover requirement is fulfilled, or the Player chooses to cancel the bonus (which will also forfeit any winnings earned using that bonus balance).
• King999 processes withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for standard accounts and instantly for VIP members, subject to system load and any verification checks that may be required.

King999 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold, or where unusual activity is detected in a Player's account. This is a security measure to protect Players from any unauthorised use of their account.

King999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 1,888, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and tournament promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each promotion has its own rollover requirement, clearly stated on the respective promotion page. Players must fulfil the rollover requirement before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The Welcome Bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each player may claim the Welcome Bonus once only during the lifetime of their membership.
• King999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of Players who have already received the relevant bonus.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through hedging, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or any method King999 considers contrary to the spirit of a promotion may result in the bonus being voided and the Player's account being suspended.
• Each bonus validity period is as stated in the terms of the respective promotion. Any bonus not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

All games available on King999 — including slots, live casino, table games, virtual sports, Sports Betting and e-sports — are subject to game-specific rules found in the relevant sections of the platform. The general rules that apply across all games are as follows:

• Game results produced by an independently audited RNG system are final and non-disputable.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports wagering, the official results issued by the recognised tournament governing body shall be used to determine the outcome of bets.
• King999 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, device issues on the Player's end, or technical problems on the Player's side that occur while a game is in progress.
• In the event of a technical error in the system that produces an invalid game outcome, King999 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player.
• The use of automated software (bots), unauthorised external tools, or any method that grants a Player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Betting limits for each game are set according to the game category and the Player's VIP level. King999 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

• Bets confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled or amended, except through the Cash Out feature (where available for the relevant market).
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned in full to Players.
• For matches that are postponed but resume within 24 hours, the final official match result will be used to determine the betting outcome.
• King999 reserves the right to suspend or void bets on any market where there are indications of match manipulation, pending the outcome of an investigation.
• In-play betting is subject to market availability and odds that change in line with match developments. King999 reserves the right to close any in-play market at any time without notice.

• Use of automated software or unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.

• Confirmation that an account is held by an underage individual.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons at the Player's own request, any available cash balance in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for deposits, once all necessary checks have been completed.

King999 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Internet disruptions or connection issues on the Player's end or from their internet service provider.
• Losses resulting from the Player's own error in entering bet or game details.
• Losses resulting from valid game outcomes, even if the Player considers them unfair.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's own negligence.

In all circumstances, King999's maximum liability to any Player shall not exceed the Player's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. This liability cap forms an essential part of the agreement between King999 and the Player and is considered reasonable given the nature of the services provided.

King999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to Players via in-platform notifications or by SMS/email to the phone number or email address registered to the Player's account.

Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be deemed the Player's acceptance of the revised terms.
